What do you like about Moxie’s Classic Grill? “That it is a growing company. So many people know who we are and we are still getting bigger. Most of all Moxie’s delivers. I have worked for other companies and when Moxie’s says this is what you will get as an employee you get it. Moxie’s takes great care of their staff. That is hard to find these days.”

What do your guests like about Moxie’s Classic Grill? “They love the staff. I find that guest compliment us on how great our service is. Also the food, they comment on how great it is to go to a restaurant that has so many great selections. Another big plus is that we take Allergies very seriously. Many guests are shocked that we even ask.”

What makes the Moxie’s Classic Grill different from other jobs? “See above… Moxie’s takes care of their staff. They offer great incentives, show respect to everyone from management down. It is fun to work here the building has great energy all the time. Happy Staff = Happy Guests

I know that our focus is Guests. But what most places don’t do is focus on the staff. I feel Moxie’s focuses a lot of attention on staff. Keeping the staff happy reflects on the guests. Happy staff makes for a happy environment which guests love to see.”
