What do you like about Moxie’s Classic Grill? “I always find it enjoyable and “BRAGworthy” (if I may use a word that cannot be found in the English dictionary) to tell my “Moxie’s story”. I was initially hired as a bartender back in 1998, and I can still remember the connection I felt with other staff and managers within the restaurant. Until this day, which so happens to be almost 9 years post hire, I continue to be overwhelmed by the loyalty and dedication shown to me by the owners and operators. I like to compare my tie with Moxie’s as a very good relationship…they are hard to find for everyone, but it seems as though the crew at Moxie’s truly have found the right formula for success in this very important aspect of running a successful business. When you collaborate amazing business operation and ideas with a great set of workers, success and job satisfaction come hand in hand.”

What do your guests like about Moxie’s Classic Grill? “I truly believe the reason behind Moxie’s success lies with the ability of the staff to create a relationship with the guests. Moxie’s makes a point of treating everybody that steps into their buildings as though they were family guests. Bring the family oriented approach and coincide it with an extra clean, elegant, and sophisticated atmosphere, and it is easy to see why Moxie’s Classic Grill has been so successful in its endeavors. .”

What makes the Moxie’s Classic Grill different from other jobs? “Again, this is another easy question for me to answer. Moxie’s has always gone the distance to make sure that I am always well taken care of. Plain and simply put, they keep you happy. In addition, Moxie’s has been opening an arsenal of new stores in the last few years and is creating a lot of opportunities. The opportunity to advance seems to be never ending. I am proud to be part of the growing trend of success within the Moxie’s chain.”
