What do you like about Moxie’s Classic Grill? “Progress, Moxies is a chain of restaurants that achieves progress and is always evolving. Leadership. Simple coaching methods set out by our Managers, General Managers and head office, have allowed Moxies to expand to what it is today. Most importantly, the People and Philosophies. Without the people and the philosophies that have been developed for this company you could just be another restaurant. Starting out as a buss boy, to a server, then an office manager, to now a supervisor on the road to hopefully one day be a manager and possibly an investor. I have had the chance to work with some of the best managers, leaders in the company.”
What do your guests like about Moxie’s Classic Grill? “For first time guest that don’t know what to expect they love being blown away. The quality of service along with the great diversity in our restaurant and menu is like our company always evolving. From the moment you get out of your car, until the moment you pay your bill you will be satisfied at Moxies. We also provide consistency and diversity which is what keeps the guests coming back. Whether you are having a business meeting, a night with the in-laws or are simply just out to party all of these can be achieved.”
What makes the Moxie’s Classic Grill different from other jobs? “Opportunity. Moxies offers opportunity to advance within the company which some others may not. This has worked well for me because it has allowed me to see a couple of different sides of the business, which I realized I really enjoyed. I hope to soon be a manager within the company, and only the sky is the limit from there. Family. Moxies is like a 2nd family to some people which just goes to show how close everyone is. Plus it’s a great place to meet new people. I only worked in one other restaurant before Moxies and nothing compares to the fun and great times that I have now. I would never look back…”
