Job Description:	Personal Service is what we strive to give every Moxie’s guest in both our dining rooms and lounges. However, we recognize that guests that choose to be served in our lounges are, in fact, asking to be served in a slightly more informal way – they are likely looking for that more Personal Service you often get as a regular in your favourite bar. Our goal is to create a welcoming environment in our lounges that make every guest feel like a regular.
Role:	• To clear, clean and reset dirty tables • Maintain the “3 table rule” (at any given time, a maximum of 3 tables are unusable) • Maintain a cooperative, positive attitude towards guests and fellow staff.
Duties:	• Ability to keep tables, seats & floor areas are cleaned and organized • Ability to ensure that cutlery, salt & pepper and tent cards are perfectly presented • Ability to maintain speed and prioritize effectively • Ability to stay organized • Ability to maintain a positive attitude • Ability to maintain great uniform standards
